Andhra Pradesh BJP Leaders Working Under CM Jagan: TDP Leader Payyavala Keshav
TDP senior leader Payyavula Keshav criticized the BJP leaders of AP state at a media conference held in Anantapur on Tuesday.
Hyderabad: TDP senior leader and Public Accounts Committee Chairman Payyavala Keshav took a dig at state BJP leaders and alleged that they aren't bothered by the state's economic slowdown.
He said BJP leaders conducting Prajagraha Sabha in the state is a hoax and the biggest joke. "What is happening in Vijayawada today is 'Jagan Anugraha Sabha' and not 'Prajagraha Sabha'," the TDP senior leader criticised the state BJP leaders attending the sabha.
Keshav expressed dissatisfaction with the BJP's silence during attacks on temples in the state. "Don't the state BJP leaders know how to help Amravati's farmers? They joined the rally after receiving orders from Union Home Minister Amit Shah," he said.

"The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is here to serve the government rather than the people. All around the country, the BJP follows Modi and Amit Shah's commands, but in Andhra Pradesh, the BJP follows CM Jagan. The central funds are misused in the state, but the BJP leaders are not bothering. If the party is really sincere, it should fight the government's economic anarchy," Keshav further said..
Meanwhile, the BJP has begun steps to strengthen its position in the state of Andhra Pradesh. It has been contesting many of the government's directives and actions against this backdrop.
Aside from the subject of cinema tickets, BJP officials have spoken out against the administration on the topic of Amaravati, the state capital. The Prajagraha Sabha was slated to meet in Vijayawada on Tuesday in this regard. The meeting will take place from 1 to 5 p.m. on Tuesday according to Hans India reports.
