Experiment with colours this summer season

New Delhi [India], June 9 (ANI): All of us have our favourite colours that we keep going back to every now and then. However, our favourite colours aren't ALWAYS in trend.

Designer Rhythm Goyal suggests we should not be stuck in a style rut and choose from her favourite colours of this season.

Certain colours like blue, yellow, pink, green, black never go out of fashion.

"However the shades of the colour keep changing from season to season. For instance, this season my favourite shade of yellow is MUSTARD. This colour in the yellow family screams freshness. It has a refreshing new touch to it making my utmost favourite colour of this season. A dull outfit with a little something mustard gives it the right amount of sassiness required. E.g. with an all-white outfit carrying a mustard bag or scarf will definitely enhance your style statement," she says.

Adding, "Pink is every girls 'it' colour. This season my pick to rock the perfect shade of pink is, serendipity. No matter what the occasion, this colour always makes you look your prettiest self. Beautify your outfit with this colour and be ready to doll yourself up."

"Grey is definitely the new black. Rock the perfect work look adding a little glamour to it. This colour helps you give the perfect edgy look you're aiming for. Just like black this colour can be carried at any time of the day, or night."

"This season is all about patriotism. Which colours represent patriotism better than orange and green? My pick for this season's patriotic colours are mint green and salmon orange. Team them together or carry them individually, these colours will give you the perfect diva look. Fair or dusky, bulky or thin, short or tall these two colours will cover it all!" she concludes.
