Filter Coffee Powder, Water, Milk, Sugar
Use a traditional South Indian coffee filter with two compartments.
The next step is to add 2-3 tablespoons of finely ground coffee powder into the top compartment of the filter.
Using the filter's pressing disc, gently press the powder for even brewing.
Boil water and pour it over the coffee grounds slowly. Let it drip into the bottom compartment.
In order to extract a strong decoction, allow the coffee to brew for 10-15 minutes.
While the coffee is brewing, put milk in a pan and bring it to boil.
Take a cup and mix equal parts of the brewed coffee and boiled milk in it.
Add in sugar according to your taste and enjoy the perfect South Indian filter coffee at your home.
