You don't fight but degrade terrorism by fighting terrorists: Ajit Doval

National Security Advisor, Ajit Doval, said that one cannot fight terrorism as it is abstract and is noun. Verbs should be fought against. He said that terrorism cant be fought with but degraded by fighting terrorists, stopping their fundings, foiling their attacks etc
