Woman's cry goes unheard by a delegation of opposition which was heading to Srinagar

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was on flight when he was heading to Srinagar. A woman came to Rahul' seat and expressed her grief. She told Rahul how her ill brother is not getting proper treatment.
But, Rahul preferred to remain on seat instead of condoling her and assuring her justice.
Rahul claims to have sympathy with Kashmiri people, but what we saw in this video was completely opposite.
