Uttar Pradesh: Post havan for rains, Allahabad comes to standstill due to water-logging

Uttar Pradesh's Allahabad was suffering with heat wave since long. This is why the people offered prayers to Indra for nice spell of rain. It did rain too but soon after, there was water everywhere. The stagnant water is now causing troubles for the residents. The city was not ready for downpour and hence is suffering now
