Super 9 Full: Supreme Court prohibits plying of 15-year-old petrol vehicles in Delhi

The  Supreme Court on Monday enforced emergency measures by cracking down on old petrol and diesel vehicles in the Capital and launching a social media app for citizens to report pollution in their area.
The Court order came on a set of suggestions proposed by the Environment Pollution Control Authority (EPCA) as part of a graded response action plan (GRAP) prepared by it.
