Team India's star player, Virat Kohli, will be playing in the Test series against Bangladesh starting September 19th. Kohli recently won the ICC Men's ODI Player of the Year award but was absent from the Mumbai ceremony, raising questions about his absence. Reports indicate that Kohli is currently in London, spending time with his family, as he was seen in the UK last week. Although he participated in the ODI series against Sri Lanka, he was not selected for the Duleep Trophy. Kohli earned the award for his exceptional performance in 2023, scoring 1377 runs in 24 ODIs at an average of 72.13, including six centuries and eight half-centuries. He was the highest run-scorer for India in the ODI World Cup with 765 runs at an average of 95.
