Skymet Weather Report: New WD system will lead to rain in hilly areas

A new Western Disturbance system has been developed over Jammu and Kashmir. This will lead to light showers in the hilly areas. This may also impact the ongoing cold wave in northern India. 
Apart from this, in southern India heat wave has become the reason of worry for people.
