Skymet Report: Rains to continue over Kerala
During the last 24 hours, the God’s own country has received rains of moderate to heavy intensity. However, these rains remain restrained to the southern pockets of the state only.
Rain activity recorded from 08:30 am on Monday, Kochi 38 mm, Alappuzha 31 mm, Kottayam 21 mm, Punalur 21 mm and Thiruvananthapuram 20 mm.
The weatherman at Skymet Weather expects moderate showers to still continue over the state accompanied with one or two heavy spells, then again there wouldn’t be any extremely heavy spell that may take back to the monstrous floods like the previous time. So, residents need not get startled with the more showers.
