Sheila Dikshit was called 'Delhi Ke Vikas Ki Rani', says Mahabal Mishra

New Delhi: Senior Congress leader and former Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit passed away on Saturday. She was 83. Dikshit  was the longest serving Chief Minister of Delhi, serving for a period of 15 years from 1998 to 2013. Dikshit led Congress party to three consecutive electoral victories in Delhi. On Saturday, she was admitted to Escorts hospital. The three-time Delhi Chief Minister was unwell for some time.
