Odisha: Elderly got stuck in flood-water in Sambalpur

Odisha is suffering with heavy rainfall too. There is water everywhere. In Sambalpur, an elderly man was stuck and he was saved by rescue team. The team got in water and carried the man on his back to the shore of the river.
