No relief for PMC bank account holders, SC asks petitioner to file plea in HC

Supreme Court has asked the Punjab and Maharashtra Co-operative bank case petitioner to file the petition in High Court. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta told court that the government was taking necessary steps and then the Supreme Court asked the petitioner to file the plea in the lower court. 
PMC bank account holders have not got any relief from SC as of now.
