Video of fallen Chinese Su-35 surfaces from Taiwan: Crashed or shot down?

A video of Chinese Sukhoi Su-35 has surfaced in which the jet can be seen immersed in flames of fire on Taiwan soil. The only question here is if the jet has crashed due to a technical snag or shot down by the Taiwanese Army?
The reason behind the crash is still unclear.
