'Smiles & laughs', North Korea releases video of Kim Jong-un

North Korea released a video of leader Kim Jong-un attending a public inauguration ceremony. He is seen all fine and well in the video. He has made a public appearance after 21 days. Rumours from past days were up that he is probably 'brain dead' and under grave danger. The mystery of his absence for the past 21 days is still there. Watch the video here.
