Russia-Ukraine War Day 3: India abstains from UNSC motion condemning Russia's aggression in Ukraine

Russia vetoed a UN Security Council resolution on Friday that "strongly condemns" Russia's "aggression" against Ukraine and calls for its soldiers to be withdrawn immediately. The motion, which was co-written by the United States and Albania, received 11 of the council's 15 votes in favour. China, India, and the United Arab Emirates all abstained from voting.
