Russia recognises independence of Ukraine breakaway regions | Breaking News

Russia has made a huge move once again. The President of Russia, Vlamidir Putin, has signed the decree which recognises the independence of two regions in the eastern part of Ukraine. This move will surely flare up the tensions and fears of invasion by Russia.
