ISIS welcomes the killing of Iranian general Qasem Soleimani

An article published in a weekly jihadi magzine Al Naba claims that ISIS has welcomed the death of Iranian general Qaseem Soleimani. The article reads that the enemies of the ISIS are busy fighting each other and this will help the caliphate regrow.
