The cartoon depicts that the terrorist organization Al Qaeda's leader Ayman-al-Zawahiri has been killed in CIA drone attack in Kabul, Afghanistan. After Osama bin Laden's death in 2011, Zawahiri headed Al-Qaeda. He and Bin Laden collaborated in the 9/11 attacks, and he was one of the US's "most wanted terrorists." Watch the visuals.
