What is central govt's new strategy for farmers' protest?

In today's meeting at BJP head office, BJP President, Home Minister, Agriculture Minister, besides block-level leaders from Kisan belt were present. These leaders were asked to go to their respective areas and clear the confusion of the people over the three agricultural laws.
