Unnao Case: Postmortem of deceased victim to be conducted in presence of Delhi police officials

The postmortem of Unnao rape victim, who died last night after a cardiac arrest, will be conducted at 10 am today in presence of Delhi and UP police officials. A panel of three senior doctors will be conducting the postmortem. The rape victim from Unnao breathe her last breath at Safdarjung Hospital on Friday night at 11:40 pm, after a 40-hour battle for life.

The victim was set afire by five men, including her two alleged rapists, on Thursday morning when she was going to Rae Bareli to attend a court hearing in the rape case filed by her. Her condition deteriorated after 8:30 pm on Friday night and later she succumbed to her injuries.
