Tractor Rally: Delhi's outer ring road barricaded by Police

Heavy police force would be deployed to ensure smooth movement of the tractor rally under the supervision of senior officers. Trucks have been placed by police on the Delhi's outer ring road area after farmers try to carry out the tractor rally apart from the designated route.
