Revolutionary changes going to come in lives of farmers: Tomar | Audio Bulletin

Amid the farmers' movements, Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar has said that 'revolutionary changes' are going to come in the lives of farmers with three new agricultural laws. Tomar said in Parliament that farmers' organizations and opposition parties are calling the laws as' black laws' but so far no one has explained what is' black 'in these laws.
