PM Modi reaches Assam's Kokrajhar to celebrate Bodo agreement

PM Modi is scheduled to address a public rally at the Bodo Territorial Area District (BTAD), days after the government signed the Bodo Accord for lasting peace in the region. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will on Friday visit Kokrajhar to participate in the celebrations of the signing of the Bodo agreement. In a tweet yesterday, Modi had said that the accord marks the start of "a new era of peace and progress"
