NRC-NPR is tax imposed on poor people: Rahul Gandhi

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has once again attacked Modi government over NRC & NPR. Speaking to reporters at the opening of National Tribal Dance Festival at Raipur, he compared NRC and NPR to demonetization. "Whether it is NRC, NPR, it's a tax on poor people. Demonetization was a tax on poor people - go to the bank, can't take money from your own account. This is also like that - bribe officials, then get your documents" Rahul Gandhi alleged.
