MP: DM cleans the drainage in Rajgarh, picture goes viral

The pictures of Rajgarh DM, Neeraj Kumar are going viral on social media. A cycle rally was organised in Rajgarh and the DM participated in this rally. The dirty drainage caught the attention of the DM and he decided to clean it himself. The other officials present with him also helped him clean.
