Monsoon 2022 : Punjab submerged in clogged rainwaters | ABP news

Water as high as 3 feet flood the streets of Barnala, Punjab, as the shops and houses are half drown in the rainwater. Such floods shows how underprepared the authorities has been in terms of flood management, as people cannot even walk in such height of water and have to close the shops in markets or move to upper floors.
