Former Chief Minister of Maharashtra Uddhav Thackarey callled newly appointed CM Eknath Shinde and the party members of Shivsena who rebelled against the Shivsena formed government and left as the "rotten leaves which fall down from the branches during autumn" during an interview. He used the anecdotes of leaves falling from the branches and new leaves forming on a tree as Shivsena appearing back with more strength in the future.
