Maharashtra: BJP's Praveen Darekar speaks on the ongoing upheaval politics | ABP News
NCP (SP) chief Sharad Pawar said that in the recently held Lok Sabha elections, the voters of Maharashtra have given the message to the whole country that the atmosphere in the state is changing. Pawar made this statement while talking to farmers in Nimbut village of Baramati tehsil.
He said, "In the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections, we (NCP-SP) contested only 10 seats. But by electing eight out of these 10 candidates, the people of the state have given the message to the whole country that the atmosphere of the state is changing."
He said that the reins of the state are in the hands of BJP, but seeing the sentiments of the people during the election campaign, it became clear to him that the result is going to be different.
