Issue of farmers, central point of Common Minimum Program of NCP-congress

Shiv Sena, NCP and Congress altogether have started working on the Common Minimum Programme before the formation of government in Maharashtra. These parties are planning the common Minimum Programme keeping in mind the needs of the farmers and if they are able to form a government in Maharashtra, the alliance will work ahead keeping in mind these lines only.
