Kurla Bus Tragedy: Driver Appointed Just Days Before the Accident on December 1st

A major revelation has come to light regarding the Mumbai Kurla bus accident. The accused driver had no prior experience driving a bus and was appointed only on December 1. The driver was hired on a contract basis. The Mumbai police have registered an FIR in connection with the bus accident. A horrific accident occurred on Monday night (December 9) at Ambedkar Nagar near Kurla West Railway Station in Mumbai, when a BEST bus lost control and ran over several pedestrians and vehicles on the road. According to the latest reports, 49 people were injured, and 7 have died. The police have filed an FIR against the driver involved in the accident. Sources revealed that the bus had nearly 60 passengers on board at the time of the incident. Among the injured were three police officers and a member of the Maharashtra Security Force (MSF). Police Sub-Inspector Prashant Chavan was also injured, and around 20-25 vehicles were damaged in the crash. The accused driver, Sanjay More (54), was recently appointed on December 1 on a contract basis. He had no prior experience driving a bus.
