Wolf Terror: Why Are Kids In Bahraich Refusing To Go To School, Watch Report | ABP News
On Sunday morning in the Bahraich district of Uttar Pradesh, two more people, including a 6-year-old girl, were attacked by wolves, despite forest department officials patrolling the area. This brings the total death toll to nine, with 35 others injured, including women, children, and the elderly. Over 35 villages in Bahraich remain on high alert due to the wolf attacks over the past month and a half. As part of "Operation Bhediya," four wolves have been captured, and the forest department is using methods like elephant dung and urine to repel the remaining wolves. Multiple teams are conducting night patrols, employing drone cameras, infrared technology, and thermal imaging to locate the animals. A cage equipped with a net has also been set up to capture wolves entering residential areas.
