Wolf Attack In Bahraich At Peak, Targets Innocent Children, Forest Department Struggles to Control the Situation

In Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh, the terror of man-eating wolves continues unabated. Over the past one and a half months, wolves have claimed the lives of nine people, including children and women. The fear of wolves haunts 30 villages in the area, forcing residents to live in a state of panic. During the day, women stay huddled inside their homes with their children, while at night, the men are compelled to stand guard. In the last four days, wolves have claimed two more victims, a woman and a child, bringing the death toll from wolf attacks to nine. Additionally, 35 people have been injured, including women, the elderly, and children. The situation has become so dire that several families have sent their children to stay with relatives out of fear.
