With no bridge, locals bound to risk lives while crossing Saraswati river

It has been seven years since flood wrecked havoc in Uttarakhand. The natural disaster led to the washing away of many roads and bridges. But since then the locals of Uttarakhand await the construction of a bridge over the river Saraswati. Due to absence of a foot-over bridge, the people are bound to travel via an unsafe trolley.
