Why govt fails to save animals from floods every year | Ghanti Bajao
Several animals die of drowning or lack of food each year during floods in many states of the country. Crores are spent on the maintenance of national parks and sactuaries but animals dying in floods are ignored. 60,32,700 animals have died between 1953 and 2019 in floods in the country. Government has not come up with any policy for their protection.
