Why did CM Mamata Banerjee get upset over PM Modi's meet with District Magistrates?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will chair an important series of meetings with District Magistrates of the states and to begin the same, he will interact with 54 DMs of 10 states on May 20. These states include - Maharashtra, Kerala, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, and Odisha.

According to sources, West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee is likely to write to PM Modi opposing the decision saying it is against the norm to skip CMs during these meets.
