'We will not consume liquor', Bihar police take oath 3rd time in 5 years

For the third time in five years, Bihar police officials vowed to not consume liquor. Around 400 policemen have been caught who were involved in liquor consumption and smuggling in the past five years. A number of policemen have also been terminated.
