WB elections violence: Outsiders executed the plans, says Nisar Ahmed

A fact-finding committee was formed to find out reasons behind violence after West Bengal elections. The report for same has been submitted now.  Talking over it, Nisar Ahmed said that everything was planned and outsiders were brought to execute it. He added, "Locals told us that the groups spoke different kind of Bangla"
