The Jharkhand government has declared that if people will be found without masks then they will be fined for it. They will have to pay Rs 1 lakh or suffer behind bars for two years. But are people listening?

ABP News did a ground reality check and found out that people become negligent when it comes to wearing a mask. Take a look.
