Vikas Dubey's mother refuses to go to Kanpur

I have not been in touch with Vikas Dubey and will not go to Kanpur, says Vikas's mother Sarala Devi. His brother and mother are inside their home and refuses to step out. If they wanted to go to Kanpur they will begiven police protection. He was shot when he reportedly tried to flee, following a road accident in which the vehicle he was travelling in overturned.
