Vikas Dubey still on the run after 68 hours of Kanpur encounter

It has been close to 70 hours since 8 policement including a DSP rank officer of Uttar Pradesh were gunned down and martyred by Vikas Dubey gang. Yet, the notorious gangster and history-sheeter Vikas Dubey remains on the run and is yet to be apprehended by Uttar Pradesh police. However, this has prompted a crackdown like never before on other gangsters in the state with police raiding and seizing and their properties. Watch this report.
