Vikas Dubey encounter: Police claims self-defence, Opposition isn't buying it

Notorious gangster Vikas Dubey was gunned down in an encounter with Uttar Pradesh police after he tried to escape police custody on the outskirts of Kanpur. The gangster was in a car in which he was being transported from Ujjain to Kanpur which met an accident. Dubey tried to take advantage of the situation, snatched a pistol from the injured cop and tried to run away. However, he was gunned down. This version has been given by police but the Opposition isn't buying it. Has Vikas Dubey encounter raised more question than it has solved?
