UP Teacher Recruitment: Big Update Regarding UP 69000 Teachers Recruitment Issue | ABP News
In Uttar Pradesh, the future of thousands of teachers is now uncertain following a High Court order related to the 69,000 teacher recruitment case. The court has directed that a new merit list be prepared within three months, leading to various speculations about the outcome. Meanwhile, candidates from the OBC (Other Backward Classes) category have filed a caveat in the Supreme Court. After the High Court's order, it is anticipated that candidates from the unreserved category might approach the Supreme Court. In anticipation of this, OBC candidates have preemptively filed a caveat to ensure that their side is heard before any decisions are made by the court. They have requested that if unreserved category candidates approach the Supreme Court, their own concerns should also be considered. OBC candidates are demanding that, in the event of any adjustment for unreserved category candidates, the approximately 4,000 OBC candidates who filed the writ in the High Court should be issued appointment letters. Otherwise, they will oppose the adjustments for the unreserved category. There is growing concern regarding teachers who have been working for the past four to five years, as unreserved category candidates may challenge the High Court's order in the Supreme Court.
