UP: People waiting for hours to buy liquor in Moradabad

People are waiting in long queues for hours in Uttar Pradesh's Moradabad to buy liquor. The wine shops are reopened in the state after permission from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) with strict guidelines. But people are surely not following all the rules of lockdown. However, the efforts of maintaining social distancing are up, police fore is also deployed to make sure the physics distance between people while buying alcohol. Watch the ground report.
