UP: 50m part of dam collapses in flooded Saryu river | 7 Ka Panch

The heavy rains have exposed the administration's hollow claims of preparedness. UP's inundated Saryu river has taken a destructive turn as several trees fell into the river and at the same time, a part of the dam also collapsed into the river. 

The villagers are in a state of panic. Every year many villages of this area are drowned by floods.
