U'khand Glacier Collapse: Rescue operation halted due to water in tunnel

Amid the Uttarakhand glacier burst incident, the rescue operation is underway at the Tapovan power plant site. Massive damage has been caused in two of the power plant areas which are Tapovan and Raini. But the rescue operation has been stopped due to water in the tunnel.
