U'Khand Glacier burst: Possibility of damage in lower areas has reduced, says Harish Rawat

The destruction of the glacier in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand has resulted in heavy destruction. Former Chief Minister Harish Rawat has said that there has been a decrease in the flow of the river, which is a matter of relief and the situation is being constantly monitored.
