Three terrorists killed in encounter near J&K's Nagrota

Three terrorists were killed in an encounter on Friday near Jammu area named Nagrota, police said. The incident took place at around 5.30 a.m., when a police team was randomly checking vehicles near the Nagrota toll post on the Jammu-Srinagar highway and intercepted a Srinagar-bound truck. The terrorists who were inside the truck fired at the police, injuring one policeman. The police retaliated and shot dead a militant then and there. The other terrorists said to be a group of four, ran towards forest area. A search operation is underway.
