There are 2 'Yuvraj' of whom 1 is from 'jungle raj': PM Modi in Chapra

Today, Bihar has 'double-engine ki sarkar'. On the other hand, there are two 'Yuvaraj' of whom one is from 'jungle raj': PM Narendra Modi in Chhapra, Bihar. 

PM Modi lashed out at Rahul Gandhi and Akhilesh Yadav. Referring to Uttar Pradesh, he said that two youngsters had joined hands in UP too, but the people there identified them and dropped them out. The same situation is going to happen in Bihar as well.
