Tablighi Jamaat: Infected people were already detected

Nine others patients who are undergoing treatment at the GB Pant Hospital in Port Blair were also part of the group that attended the religious programme and returned to Port Blair. The group was transported to the hospital directly from the airport after they showed coronavirus-like symptoms and did not get in contact with locals.
